Milarepa is one of the most beloved saints of the Tibetan people. Alive in the 11th century, he is a forefather of the Kargyu Lineage of Tibetan Buddhism, Mila is a fine example of someone with very negative karma who was able to attain complete enlightenment in one lifetime. He shared his realizations and teachings through song. His profound songs and poetry have been preserved in a text called, "The Hundred Thousand Songs of Milarepa,"
This 22"x 34" silk screen print is on heavy ribbed cotton fabric. It is fully hemmed with sleeves at top and bottom. The top has a hand-carved stick through the sleeve, with a multicolored thread tied for easy hanging. This print is a limited edition. It is no longer printed and there are only a few left.
